Natalie

OFFERINGS: Clinical Nutrition Therapist & Plant-Based Nutrition coach

“I believe that healthy food is the most effective and affordable form of medicine.
That’s why my goal is to guide you toward the best possible
plant-based meals for your unique needs.”

Natalie has always believed that nutritional therapy and food-based healing can help alleviate and manage a wide range of health conditions, just as it has in her own experience.

With an evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying root causes and imbalances to improve patient health outcomes, Natalie’s mission is to guide you toward your best self through holistic plant-based meals.

As a Clinical Nutrition Therapist and qualified Plant-Based Nutrition Coach, she can help you revitalise your well-being by guiding you along your plant-based whole-food journey. Using evidence-based nutrition consultations and holistic plant-based meal plan packages, Natalie’s offerings are completely tailored to you!

When to See a Nutritional Therapist

If you have chronic health issues that haven’t improved with conventional treatments.

  • If you want to improve your overall health and well-being through diet.

  • If you need guidance on weight management, sports nutrition, or specialised diets (e.g., vegan, gluten-free).

  • If you are dealing with digestive issues, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, or other health concerns that may be linked to nutrition.

A decade ago, she switched from a typical European diet to a completely vegan diet overnight. It wasn't easy. She got sick for six months as her body began to detox from the previously bad habits. Natalie grew up eating lots of dairy and salami, however, after the initial struggle, quitting them made her realise how detrimental those animal products were to her health.

Impressed by a newfound vitality and wellness thanks to this plant-based diet, she decided to train as a Vegan Lifestyle Coach at the Main Street Vegan Academy in NYC. The experience transformed her life, prompting her to study Nutritional Medicine and even 200-level Hatha Yoga in India.

It was a choice she would never regret. It changed Natalie’s life for the better, and now she wants to positively change yours too.

I’m not a vegan, are you still the right nutritionist for me?

Of course! Even if you are not Vegan, Vegetarian or Flexitarian, Natalie would love to help you improve your body, mind and spirit with a whole-food diet.

A whole-food plant-based diet is centred around whole, unrefined, and unprocessed foods with a foundational intake of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, seeds and nuts. A whole-food, plant-based diet allows you to meet your nutritional needs by focusing on minimally processed plant foods.

Natalie has a wide range of offerings.

1.     Personalised Nutrition Plans: Nutritional Therapists create individualized nutrition plans based on a person’s unique needs, health status, and goals. They consider factors like age, gender, medical history, lifestyle, and personal preferences.

2.     Health Assessments: They conduct comprehensive health assessments, including dietary intake analysis, medical history review, and sometimes biochemical testing, to identify nutritional deficiencies or imbalances.

3.     Education and Guidance: Nutritional Therapists educate their clients about the relationship between diet and health. They provide guidance on healthy eating habits, nutrient-rich foods, and the importance of a balanced diet.

4.     Support and Motivation: They offer ongoing support and motivation to help clients make sustainable lifestyle changes. This may include meal planning, grocery shopping tips, and cooking advice.

5.     Management of Health Conditions: They use nutrition to manage or alleviate symptoms of various health conditions such as digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, autoimmune diseases, and more.

As a Clinical Nutritionist and Plant-Based Nutrition Couch, Natalie wants to guide you toward a happier and healthier lifestyle, ensuring that that journey is as rewarding and simple as possible.

Getting to the heart of things to facilitate authentic personal growth is something that she deeply values.
